I REFER to the letter “KLIA2 – an unfriendly airport for seniors” (The Star, Nov 19).
Having used KLIA2 twice to fly to the same destination where Malaysia Airlines does not fly to, I am prompted to say that it is a terminal that is unfriendly to every passenger due to the distance to walk to and from the boarding gate.
