JPJ’s new policy is unfair and unexpected

THE Road Transport Department (JPJ) has done it again! The latest ruling which requires all road tax renewals for commercial vehicles to have at least a one-month validation from Puspakom was not discussed with the stakeholders before it was implemented.

This means the road tax for a commercial vehicle that expired on Oct 20, 2015 will not be renewed even though its Puspakom validation is valid till Oct 30, 2015.
