THE Income Tax Office sent me a letter dated Sept 29, stating that I had failed to pay my May 2014 scheduled tax instalment and that I have to pay a 10% fine within 14 days, failing which I could be taken to court.
I only received the letter three weeks later, on Oct 19, so how am I to comply?
