SAHABAT Alam Malaysia (SAM) has noted with grave concern the culling of dogs in several states due to the sudden onset of rabies from infected dogs which are mostly strays.
While attention is only focused on Penang, animal groups should also pay attention to Perlis and Kedah to see how strays are put down there.
