MY family and I were in Bandar Muadzam Shah, Pahang recently to send my daughter to Tenaga Nasional Bhd’s Uniten. After checking into a hotel, we decided to have lunch at a restaurant specialising in Kedah dishes located next to the hotel. There were several empty tables and we chose a table at one end of the restaurant. I was seated with my back to an empty table.
After a few minutes, a Malay family of five came and occupied the table behind me. Lunch was served a few minutes later and while we were enjoying our meal, a sweet young girl aged about 17 from that family came to our table and took the plastic container that contained forks and spoons without saying anything. In her haste to take the container, her left side grazed my right arm.
