I REFER to the letter “MMC vigilant against unqualified personnel”, (The Star, Aug 25) by the president of MMC, Datuk Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah. The Medical Practitioners Coalition Association of Malaysia would like to highlight the following:
1) Medical practitioners have highlighted in the past that the MMC licencing certificate, known as the Annual Practising Certificate (APC), is being forged by irresponsible people to fool doctors by stealing the identity of legitimate doctors from the MMC website.
