MALAYSIAN public schools have achieved significant success in many aspects since independence, thanks to the Government, teachers, parents, students, parent-teachers associations and other stakeholders who made our schools a top priority in our development agenda.

As a public university professor, I am proud of my country and my nation. However, when visiting our public national schools to observe my practicum students recently, I was saddened by the digital gap which is still widespread in the schools I visited.
