Smooth flowing traffic

THE volume of traffic during the evening peak hour at the Jalan Ampang/Jalan Tun Razak traffic light junction on Aug 7, the first day of the KL City Grand Prix, was surprisingly low. In fact, there was no traffic congestion during the three-day GP.

Everyone left their cars at home, heeding the call from City Internal Security and Public Order chief Senior Asst Comm Datuk Wira Abdul Bari Wan Abdul Khalid to take public transport if they wanted to watch the race.
