Look after other low-cost terminals

I REFER to the recent letters “Really frustrated with facilities at KLIA2” (The Star, July 13) and “Improve travel within KLIA2” (The Star, July 15).

KLIA2 can be further improved especially the toilets. I have been in and out of this airport and what frustrated me was the toilet floor. It is never dry. Everything is in good condition but the floor gets flooded and it stinks. I notice there is always a caretaker in each section of the toilets so the caretaker should mop up and keep the floor dry and clean.
