Listen and talk to learn a new language language

WHEN I joined my present company a couple of years ago, all our local workers conversed with each other in Malay. There was a handful who could speak a little English.

The influx of Nepali workers changed the whole scenario. Almost every worker could converse in simple English and interacted with the foreigners comfortably to complete their daily tasks efficiently.
