I AGREE with SL in “Stop litterbugs with stiff laws (The Star, May 29). A portion of the old airfield in Taiping (pic) that is not used for parachuting practice is filled with rubbish.
I have personally seen hawkers, contractors, housewives and others coming in lorries, cars, tractors and motorcycles to throw their rubbish there.
