Pass the Animal Welfare Bill fast

ANIMAL and pet lovers are getting restless. They are wondering whether the much-awaited Animal Welfare Bill will be passed by Parliament this year after waiting years for it to be introduced. Every day wasted is a death sentence for the animals.
