Permission required to use trolley at KLIA2

I WAS on my way to the departure gate at KLIA2 at 7.55pm recently. I saw some airport trolleys arranged neatly near the ERL counter after coming down from the escalator. I didn’t notice a lady in a blue uniform sitting there when I went to take a trolley.

Before I could walk away, she came over to me and asked crossly, “Apahal tidak minta kebenaran saya apabila mahu menggunakan trolley (Why did you not ask me for permission before taking a trolley)?”
