Fed up and angry with terrible bus service

I LIVE in Bandar Sungai Long and I use the Rapid bus service.

I am totally disgusted with the service here. The normal route for the Rapid bus in Sungai Long is through Mahkota Cheras, then Section 7 through to the Sungai Long school. It then goes by the Sungai Long Golf Course area and finally the Utar terminal. From here, the bus continues the journey out of Sungai Long.
