THE criminal conviction of the Malaysian student for possession of 30,000 child pornography materials in England has received much publicity over the past few days.
Mara has also received much flak over its suggestion to give the student a second chance to complete his studies in Malaysia, as reported in “Outrage over Mara’s option for porn culprit” (The Star, May 6).
