THE Selangor Housing Building and Urban Settler Management Ceria scheme to have taxpayers foot 80% of the repair and refurbishment bills of low-cost flats is misplaced assistance and charity.
Many of these dwellers are flat-out refusing to pay their maintenance dues and fail to respect the common property in the knowledge that the Government will eventually bail them out.
