I REFER to the letter “Vexing problem of littering” (The Star, March 26). While the writer gave many suggestions to combat the problem, it will only help if the major visitor’s mindset is addressed.

Recently, we went on a visit to Cameron Highlands. On the way back to KL, we decided to stop at a waterfall as our kids had never been to one. At first I was hesitant to let them go as I had read of the harmful waters contaminated with rat urine.
