I MADE an inquiry at the Road Transport Department (JPJ) portal on March 8 and the call centre management’s automated email informed me that I would receive a reply soon. But up till March 24, I have yet to hear from them.
I phoned them several times at various numbers, including 03-8315 9200, but my calls were unanswered.
