Take stern action against profiteers

ON March 1, the Government announced the increase in fuel prices. The increase, like in the past, caused some concern among consumers.

Despite many pledges made by business operators not to raise prices, it is crucial for the relevant authorities to monitor the situa­tion constantly in order to prevent irresponsible traders from manipulating the issue and making unnecessary profits that could burden the consumers.
