BULLYING is rampant in schools, colleges and hostels. We may never be able to eliminate bullying, but there are some points that can help inform parents and assist them in reducing incidences of bullying.
Over the years, I had to deal with gangs within the school, bail out students in police lock-ups, and pick up boys lying in the monsoon drain who had been beaten up. It is no easy job dealing with this issue.
