IN early 2005, I sold my car to a second-hand authorised car dealer whom I had dealings with previously. The standard paper work was signed, including the transfer forms as a new buyer was found and price agreed.
To my horror, the car is still registered in my name when I checked the Road Transport Department (JPJ) website.
