I REFER to the letter “Resit affected UPSR candidates” (The Star, Nov 28). When all is fine and dandy, things are likely to go as planned. However, life is full of uncertainties. It is in face of adversity that the true strength and character of a person is revealed.
While I agree with the writer in disagreeing with the Minister that the resit actually affected UPSR students, we must also not discount various other factors.
