IT is almost three months since the post of Deputy Inspector-General of Police has been left vacant with the retirement of Tan Sri Bakri Zinin on Sept 5.
It is most unprecedented that the post has yet to be filled for such a long period although PDRM did name the Director of Management Datuk Seri Mohamad Fuzi Harun as acting in the post.
