Remove English teachers not up to the quality

I REFER to “Barking up the wrong tree” by Wong Chun Wai (Sunday Star, Nov 23) who quoted our Second Education Minister Datuk Seri Idris Jusoh having said that two-thirds of our English Language teachers are classified as incapable or unfit to teach the subject.

We would expect the Education Ministry to be shocked into action. One measure would be to replace the “incapable” and the “unfit” with those who can teach English well.
