MUCH has been said about illegal advertisements with mobile numbers pasted on almost all public property, especially in Kuala Lumpur, but little has been done to stop this menace.
If there are no by-laws to punish those defacing public property, it is high time local authorities enact such by-laws to stop this eyesore.
