I AM a Nepalese citizen. My wife, sister-in-law and I arrived in Kuala Lumpur for a holiday on Oct 20. We took a limousine taxi from KLIA to our destination in Jalan Putra, near the PWTC (limousine number given).
Upon arrival at our destination, we alighted from the taxi. The taxi driver sat in the taxi and did not alight to help us with our bags.
