Thasleem gives us optimism for the future

I WOULD like to congratulate Jihad for Justice chairman, Datuk Thasleem Mohamed Ibrahim Al-Haj, for expressing objective and sensible views regarding the basic tenets of how we should treat one another, despite our different ethnic or religious backgrounds.

Thasleem’s views in “There’s only one race – the human race, says Jihad for Justice” (The Star, Oct 7), touched and moved me as it reminded me that there are still good, sensible and selfless Malaysians out there and that there is still hope for Malaysia.
