Good ideas put into practice

LITRAK Group wishes to thank Karamjeet Singh Gill on his feedback especially in highlighting the expectation of users like himself with respect to the SOP in managing traffic on highways, in particular the LDP.

Based on his letter, we appreciate his concerns and suggestions as to how to better manage our traffic especially when dealing with an incident that results in massive traffic congestion such as the recent accident in our tunnel link from Petaling Jaya to Damansara Jaya, namely our underpass from Damansara Utama (DU) involving an overturned trailer with its heavily loaded container.
