I REFER to the letter “Juvenile crime on the rise” (The Star, April 14) which said based on police statistics there is an alarming increase of juveniles being involved in crime and social ills where 7,816 cases were reported in 2013 compared to 3,700 cases in 2012.
This is worrying and we have a serious issue at hand and this must be traced to the root problem.
