LISBON (Reuters) - One in three Portuguese believe three left-wing parties could form the country's next government, but almost twice as many say they will fail to agree on a coalition, leaving the centre-right in power, a poll indicated on Tuesday.
An inconclusive election on Oct. 4 saw the ruling centre-right coalition win the most votes but lose its parliamentary majority. The Socialists, Communists and Left Bloc have begun exploratory talks about forming a government.
