UNITED NATIONS (Reuters) - France said on Wednesday it had not been informed by Russia of its air strikes in Syria, but said it was crucial there was coordination to avoid clashes over Syria.
"No," Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius said when asked if Moscow has informed Paris. "Obviously, a clash must be avoided and there is an effort to disconnect, but it's an absolute necessity."
