LONDON (Reuters) - The British government will change the wording of the question in its planned referendum on whether to stay in the European Union to make it more neutral following a recommendation by the Electoral Commission on Tuesday.
Conservative Prime Minister David Cameron has promised to renegotiate Britain's ties with the EU and then, by the end of 2017, hold a referendum on whether to stay in or leave.
