BERLIN (Reuters) - Germany's Bundestag lower house of parliament will vote on whether to give Berlin a mandate to start negotiating on a third bailout with Greece on Friday, a coalition source said on Monday.
The Bundestag will meet at 10:00 local time (0800 GMT), the source added.
