BENGHAZI, Libya (Reuters) - Libyan forces allied to the official government are facing ammunition shortages in a battle against Islamists in the eastern city of Benghazi city, a spokesman said on Monday.
Army forces loyal to Libya's internationally recognised government have been fighting Islamist groups in Libya's second-largest city as part of a wider struggle since the overthrow of Muammar Gaddafi in 2011.
