LONDON (Thomson Reuters Foundation) - Efforts to get aid to millions of people in Nepal could be hampered after a fresh 7.3 earthquake struck on Tuesday, yet aid agencies said they were well placed and equipped to respond following last month's tremor.

The second quake to hit Nepal in just over two weeks killed more than three dozen people and injured more than 1,000 in the Himalayan country, as many buildings already weakened by last month's quake were brought down.
