BERLIN (Reuters) - The Iran nuclear talks are in a critical phase and there are still tough questions to be cleared up but the chances of reaching an agreement are greater than ever before, a spokesman for the German foreign ministry said on Monday.
"It's now crucial to clear up the final unanswered questions," the spokesman said, adding that it was important to do so before this window of opportunity closes.
