BRUSSELS: Three suspects in an armed hostage-taking incident in the Belgian city of Ghent surrendered to police Monday, reports said, as officials said there were no indications of terrorism.
Police had earlier surrounded an apartment after four armed men took a captive in a working-class area of the city.
