DHAKA (Reuters) - More than 600 trafficking victims from Myanmar and Bangladesh have been rescued off the South Asian coast, a navy spokesman in Dhaka said on Tuesday, in the single biggest operation of its kind by Bangladesh authorities.
The victims were found aboard a 22-metre long trawler flying the Myanmar flag off Cox's Bazar, about 400 km (250 miles) from the capital Dhaka, navy spokesman Commodore M Rashed Ali said.
