DAMATURU Nigeria (Reuters) - Suspected Boko Haram Islamist militants raided a cement factory owned by Lafarge subsidiary Ashaka Cement and seized dynamite from a quarry, witnesses and a security source said on Thursday.
Lafarge Africa said the plant "was the target of an intrusion by people who were strangers to the plant", but it added that "the situation has now stabilised and there is no report of any injury to employees or damage to the plant."
