OUAGADOUGOU (Reuters) - Burkina Faso state television went off air on Thursday after protesters stormed the building and ransacked it, a Reuters witness said.
A handful of soldiers who were guarding the building shot in the air to try to disperse them but the crowds continued advancing and the soldiers fled, the witness said.
