BENGHAZI Libya (Reuters) - Libya's rival prime ministers both addressed the nation, with each claiming legitimacy and denouncing the other side, highlighting deep divisions in the oil producing country.
The North African country has two parliaments and two governments since an armed group from the western city of Misrata seized the capital in Tripoli in August and set up a rival assembly and cabinet.
