BRUSSELS (Reuters) - European Union governments reached a deal on Tuesday to impose economic sanctions against Russia, targeting its oil industry, defence, dual-use goods and sensitive technologies, diplomats said.
The sanctions will be reviewed after three months, one diplomat said.
