BAGHDAD (Reuters) - Iraq's top Shi'ite cleric Grand Ayatollah Ali Sistani urged fighters on Friday to respect the rights of all Iraqis, regardless of sect or politics, after an escalation in apparent sectarian killings in recent weeks.
