BEIJING (Reuters) - Negotiations between China and the United States on a bilateral investment treaty are facing big difficulties, Chinese Vice Finance Minister Zhu Guangyao said on Thursday.
Zhu was speaking at a briefing after annual high-level talks between the world's two biggest economies.
