BEIJING (Reuters) - China said on Tuesday that Japan should respect the concerns of regional countries, as Japan's cabinet readied to end a ban that has kept the military from fighting abroad since World War Two.
Foreign Ministry spokesman Hong Lei made the comments at a daily news briefing.
