DHARAMSALA India (Reuters) - China has kept open informal channels of dialogue with the exiled Tibetan leadership even though official talks have been stalled since 2010, the prime minister of Tibet's self-proclaimed government-in-exile said on Thursday.
"Track two or track three, informal channels, some Buddhists, or business people, scholars, journalists, they keep coming to ... seek our views," Lobsang Sangay told Reuters.
