MOSCOW (Reuters) - U.S. President Barack Obama on Monday imposed sanctions on 11 Russian and Ukrainian officials blamed for Russian forces' seizure of Ukraine's Crimea region, which has voted to join Russia. Obama's order freezes any assets the 11 hold in the United States and bans them from entering the country.
