BEIJING (Reuters) - French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius said on Monday it is necessary for the International Monetary Fund to contribute to reforms in Ukraine, after protesters ousted Viktor Yanukovich from the presidency.
Fabius was speaking to reporters while on a trip to Beijing.
