TRIPOLI (Reuters) - Egypt evacuated its embassy in the Libyan capital Tripoli and the consulate in Benghazi as a precautionary measure after five of its diplomatic staff were kidnapped, a foreign ministry spokesman told Al-Arabiya news channel on Saturday.
