SANAA (Reuters) - Yemen's defence ministry said on Friday it had regained full control of its Sanaa military compound a day after al Qaeda-linked militants attacked it, killing 52 people including foreign medics.
The ministry said in a statement that Yemeni forces killed 11 attackers in Thursday's violence.
